Work schedule is combined with breaks so that the team can be energetic throughout the day. Regular physical exercise inside the office keeps us healthy. Weekly short games nourish our playful mind to be young for ever.
Outside of everyday’s life there are special days when we have monthly events to praise the achiever, award them with Sodexo facilities. We have every festival celebrated with the team right from independence day to Diwali. We go out for Garba on Navrati festivals, go for sports day or trekking or simply chill at some green resort for a day. Outstation trips with our full team on one or two weekends in a year are something to remember for whole of life.
