  • Manage end to end employment cycle for employees and contractors
    Create, manage on recruitment strategy and deliver the result
    Handle employee issues including performance, general discipline related and termination
    Ensure a high level of employee engagement through planned activities
    Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
    Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual functional skills with support from directors
    Manage complete HR documentation process
    Manage compensation related and statutory requirements.
  • Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a premiere institute
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Software Development company in HR position
  • Minimum 1 year experience of handling a team of recruiters and general HR executives
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience of recruiting IT talents
  • Business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Passion and drive for automation and process improvements
  • Complete knowledge of statutory requirements, income tax related requirements of employees.
  • Experience with HRMS, Project Management tools and other related software required for HR operations
