  • Manage end to end employment cycle for employees and contractors
  • Create, manage on recruitment strategy and deliver the result
  • Maintain office facilities – including cleanliness, amenities, refreshments
  • Handle employee issues including performance, general discipline related and termination
  • Ensure a high level of employee engagement through planned activities
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual functional skills with support from directors
  • Manage complete HR documentation process
  • Manage compensation related and statutory requirements.
  • Masters in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a premiere institute
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Software Development company in HR position
  • Minimum 1 year experience of handling a team of recruiters and general HR executives
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience of recruiting IT talents
  • Business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Passion and drive for automation and process improvements
  • Complete knowledge of statutory requirements, income tax related requirements of employees.
  • Experience with HRMS, Project Management tools and other related software required for HR operations
